The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is NZD $2000 + GST per collection.
Payment is due 28 days from receiving an invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices are issued on or around the date that goods are dispatched.
Overdue invoices greater than 30 days will incur a monthly late charge of 3%.
Overdue invoices greater than 90 days will be passed to a debt collection agency. All additional costs incurred in the recovery of debt will be added to the total invoice payable by the debtor.
GST is not included in the wholesale price and will be invoiced in addition to the order total.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars.
Orders for the Spring Summer collection have a delivery estimate of late August. Orders for the Autumn Winter collection have a delivery estimate of late February.
Alternative delivery dates may be granted at the discretion of ReCreate and must be agreed upon in writing.
Shipping costs within New Zealand are not included in the price and will be invoiced in addition to the order total.
Once an order is placed, an Order Confirmation will be provided by ReCreate and may be deemed as acceptance of the order.
Once the Order Confirmation has been issued, the order is legally binding and subject to these Wholesale Terms.
CANCELLATION & DELAYS
ReCreate reserves the right to cancel selected styles and/or sizes if orders do not meet minimum production quantity. Should this occur, a replacement or cancellation of the selected item may be offered.
Every effort will be made to deliver orders by the estimated delivery date, however unforeseen events during production or shipping may occur. In the case of delayed delivery, notice will be given in writing.
ReCreate reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. Notice will be given in writing, and no liability will be incurred for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
The buyer will not be invoiced for any goods that are not delivered.
LIABILITY & RETURNS
Once the order is delivered, the goods are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must notify ReCreate within five working days if any discrepancies or faults have occurred, otherwise the order is deemed to have been accepted.
Goods may not be returned, except in the case of discrepancy or faulty merchandise. In this case, an exchange, replacement or credit will be offered.
If any fault in the goods is considered to be from misuse, wear and tear, improper storage or not following care instructions, no exchange, replacement or credit will be offered.
Any returned goods must be clean, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon by ReCreate.
